Soya Bean respond strongly to the exchange of Zinc, Calcium, Boron and Manganese ions and improved nitrogen assimilation. Increasing cation exchange capacity (CEC) ensures these ions move easily between the soil and the soil solution increasing soil fertility and nutrient retention. Crofft drives root growth and stimulates root efficiency by using the extensively described benefits of fulvic organic compounds cross linked with essential micronutrients. Crofft® delivers spectacular results by increasing both crop yields and quality. This is achieved by encouraging flower differentiation while minimising non-productive leaf and stem growth.
Crofft should not be applied to plants that are stressed, if in doubt please contact Biosynergy Fertilisers. Stress can be caused by: moisture shortage due to lack of rain; or inadequate irrigation; high temperatures; salinity; moisture excess due to high water table; flooding or inappropriate irrigation; severe or successive frosts; poor fertility caused by imbalance of major or minor minerals or nutrients; diseases; insects; inappropriate herbicide use; mechanical damage.
Mix the required quantity of Crofft for the crop being treated with the recommended volume of water. Ensure the solution is agitated frequently to ensure settling does not occur.
Half-fill tank with clean water, add the required quantity of Crofft and a wetter or surfactant if required (such as Agrol 600 or Wetspray 600) and agitate during the completion of filling. Ensure the solution is agitated frequently to ensure settling does not occur. Wash out spray tank thoroughly after use.
Do NOT retreat crops. If you believe that the crop should be retreated please contact Biosynergy Fertilisers first.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after use and before eating and drinking.
Contact a medical practitioner or Poisons Information Centre if poisoning occurs.
Additional information is listed in the material safety data sheet (MSDS). A material safety data sheet for Crofft® is available from Biosynergy Fertilisers on request. Call Customer Service on +61 8 9381 6366 or download here.
Store in a cool, dark, dry and well-ventilated area in the original container. Pressure rinse or triple rinse the containers before disposing of them.
Add the rinsings from the container to the spray tank. If recycling is possible, replace cap and return rinsed containers to recycler or designated collection point.
Do NOT dispose of undiluted chemicals on site. If recycling is not possible, containers should be broken, punctured or crushed and buried in a local authority landfill. If there is no landfill available, the containers should be buried below 500 mm in a disposal pit marked and set up for this purpose away from desirable crops, plants and trees.
Ensure that the pit used for burial of the containers is away from waterways. Empty containers and product should not be burnt.

Articles, testimonials and case studies from people using Crofft with this crop.
My name is Andreas Spyron, I farm at Chisamba north of Lusaka growing soya, barley and wheat. I applied Crofft to 400 hectares in July of 2013 of wheat and barley. My main interest in using Crofft was to reduce lodging as last year we had a very large problem with up to 80% lodging in my Barley.
My name is Gilly Gilwald and I manage part of Chartonel Estates which is outside of Lusaka Zambia growing maize, soya and wheat. I agreed to apply the product on a portion of my wheat crop to check on the yield claims and as a way to reduce lodging as our usual anti-lodging product was unavailable.
I farm in Mkushi in Central Province on a farm I opened up myself three years ago. I grow soya and wheat and sometimes maize depending upon the price. We applied Crofft at one tiller and main shoot, initially there was a difference in the colour of the treated plants, the root system on treated plants was much thicker too. Towards the end of the season the Crofft plants looked to have bigger and better heads but it is not easy to judge yield by looking at the fields prior to harvest.
